You can have peace of mind knowing that we meet or exceed USDA requirements.

Where can I get your product?

You can buy all of our products directly from Vatran’s Fine Foods. Or go to your local deli, meat market or supermarket and ask for them by name. Many stores and restaurants carry them.

Can you make something special for me?

We can make products especially for you. We are a USDA certified plant so call us to get details.

Do you do co-packing for other companies?

We co-pack for many customers and we would be happy to discuss options with you.

Can I buy your products directly from Vatran’s Flying Sausages?

You sure can. Many of our products are in stock every day. So you can come by and pick them up. We suggest you call ahead of time.

Where do you get your raw materials?

We buy all our meat and other products from the finest suppliers in the continental USA. We focus on sourcing from farms and ranches that utilize humane treatment of livestock and natural sustainable practices.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver. However, contact our office for details.

Can you cater an event?

Do you have any organic products?

All of our product are natural, but are not organic

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is determined by the product. For many of our sausage there is a 5# minimum if they are in stock. Minimum order to manufacture is typically 400#’s

Can you butcher meats to my specifications?

We do custom cuts of meat and custom marinades. Some of our most popular cuts are New York, rib eye, fillet mignon, baby back ribs, pork chops, tri-tip, turkey, and holiday hams.
